Returns & exchanges

Report any damaged or wrong item within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll arrange an exchange. Opened electronics are exchange-only if faulty.

Items must be unused (unless faulty) and in original packaging. Wholesale (MOQ) orders are exchange-only for faulty units.

Preorder deposits are refundable if we cannot deliver the item; otherwise deposits are non-refundable once the shipment has been placed with our supplier.
