Delivery policy

We deliver nationwide. Accra and Tema deliveries typically arrive in 1–2 working days; other regions 2–5 working days via trusted courier or bus station drop-off.

Delivery fees depend on your location and order size. Our team confirms the fee and timing by phone after your order is placed, before dispatch.

Preorder items ship once they arrive in Ghana and the balance (if any) is paid.

Please make sure someone is available on the phone number you provided. Failed delivery attempts may incur a re-delivery fee.
