Privacy policy

We collect the details you give us at checkout (name, phone, email, delivery address) to deliver your order, send receipts and keep you updated.

Payments are processed by Paystack; we never see or store your card or Mobile Money PIN.

When you complete an order we add your phone and email to our customer lists for order updates and occasional offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our messages, and a later purchase will not re-subscribe you.

Conversations with our shopping assistant (web or WhatsApp) are stored so it can remember your cart and recent questions. Ask us on WhatsApp to delete them.
