Open and check your parcel in front of the rider. Report damage within 48 hours with photos.

Your PDF receipt has the order number you'll need for tracking, balance payments and exchanges.
Frequently asked questions
How long does delivery take?+
We deliver nationwide. Accra and Tema deliveries typically arrive in 1–2 working days; other regions 2–5 working days via trusted courier or bus station drop-off.
How do I pay?+
Mobile Money (MTN, Telecel, AirtelTigo) and Visa/Mastercard via Paystack's secure checkout. You'll get an itemised PDF receipt by email — Paystack's own receipt shows only the total.
How do preorders and deposits work?+
Preorder items can be reserved with a 50% deposit. The balance is paid when the item arrives in Ghana — we'll notify you by SMS and email. You can also pay in full upfront.
What is MOQ / wholesale pricing?+
Wholesale (MOQ) items have a minimum order quantity per line, with lower unit prices at higher quantities. For example, chargers might be GH₵45 each from 10 pieces and GH₵34 each from 100 pieces. The minimum applies per option (e.g. per colour/size).
My Mobile Money was debited but the site says pending.+
Don't pay again. Mobile Money confirmations sometimes take a few minutes to confirm. You'll receive an SMS and email the moment it's confirmed. If nothing arrives within an hour, message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
Can I return an item?+
Report any damaged or wrong item within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll arrange an exchange. Opened electronics are exchange-only if faulty.
Do you import on request?+
Yes — tell us what you need on WhatsApp with photos or links. We'll quote a landed price including freight and duties, and you can reserve it like a preorder.
